Volunteers for RBKC Resident Reviewers Project
Put the Council to the test!
The Council is currently seeking residents to help keep the Council on its toes by volunteering for the Resident Reviewers Project.
The project involves 80 ‘mystery’ residents telephoning, visiting and emailing Council services asking for help with made up, but realistic enquiries such as telephoning Parking with a query about parking restrictions. Reviewers rate the quality of their experience to help identify improvements.
So if you care about the quality of Council services and would like to put us to the test why not volunteer. We are looking for borough residents over 18 who can take part in two or three exercises per year. In return for taking part you will be rewarded with gift vouchers (typically £40 each time). Interested? Contact Gary Wilson on 020 7361 3616 or e-mail Gary.Wilson@rbkc.gov.uk
