K&C LINk aims to ensure Social Care Services are:

  • Easy to access
  • Supportive of peoples needs
  • Of a high quality
  • Focused on preventative approaches
  • Promoting individuals independence, wellbeing and dignity

In line with the transformation agenda, LINk priorities to date, have included:

  • Home Care Services for Older Londoners
  • Changes to charges for Adult Social Care Services
  • The green paper “Shaping the Future of Care Together”
  • Personalisation and Personal Budgets
  • Age Equality

Our Sub-groups are currently progressing research in to:

  • Safeguarding vulnerable adults in Royal Borough
  • Nutrition
  • Personal Budgets
