What is 111?
It’s a new telephone number being introduced to help make it easier for you to access local health services. If you live in the London boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster you can now call 111 when you need medical help fast, but it’s not a 999 emergency.
