SUMMARY:The Den - Health & Wellbeing Event for Young People
DESCRIPTION:Join us to hear innovative and exciting ideas from local young people about how their well-being can be enhanced.  The event\, based on The Dragons' Den television programme\, enables young people to present their ideas and win up to £1\,500 to roll-out their ideas. SUMMARY:Wellbeing for Life Health Fair 2011
DESCRIPTION:“Very good opportunity for residents to get to know local services!”  “Coming here gives you a healthy body and mind!”   A day not to be missed\, the Well Being for Life Health Fair is the largest event of its kind in Kensington and Chelsea. The health fair will take place on Friday October 7th 2011 between 12pm and 4pm at Kensington Town Hall.    The Health Fair is a one-stop shop where older people can learn about healthy ageing including keeping active\, keeping independent and mobile\, eating well\, emotional well-being\, managing health\, housing\, safety and financial advice.  In 2010 the health fair attracted more then 600 people.    As well as meeting over 130 professionals from local and national organisations visitors have the chance to join in with complementary therapy taster sessions\, dancing\, exercise classes\, mobile phone workshops and health checks. In addition to this we have the ever popular free raffle\, free goody bags\, giveaways and free café.
