K&C LINk Host

Hestia Housing & Support is the Host organisation for the K&C LINk. Their role is to:

• Make sure the LINk is reaching everyone in the borough
• Make sure the LINk acts within the remits of the law
• Act as custodian of the underpinning values and principles of the LINk
• Advise the LINk Management Committee and Standing Committees / Working Groups based on its role as an ‘honest broker’ between the LINk and public services.
• To ensure full representation and that the LINk isacting in the interests of its members and the wider community
• Facilitate public and steering group meetings
• Write reports on the activities and findings of the LINk
• Advertise and raise awareness of the LINk
• Manage the finances of the LINk, liaise with service providers
• Advise the LINk of relevant changes in policy and procedure in affecting Health and Social Care.
• Facilitate the dissemination of outcomes, good practice, learning and evaluation
