Community Cardiology Service: Patient feedback brainstorming meeting

The LINk will shortly be holding a ‘brainstorming’ meeting to find out your views about how the new Community Cardiology service in K&C can make sure the people it serves have the best possible experience – and also, very importantly, how it will use patient feedback to continually improve their experience. We will also discuss how the service can involve patients and the wider community in its decision-making.
